At FlowFinds, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted. This policy outlines our refund terms, eligibility criteria, and the process for requesting a refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • The service must not have been used extensively
  • Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods

Refund Process:

  1. To request a refund, please email adam@flowfinds.me with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account email, reason for the refund request, and order number in your email
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, we will process the refund and notify you via email
  5. Once we have confirmed the refund has been processed, it will begin arriving at your bank

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are deemed to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
